1. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing the travel management and logistical services provided by Farline Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Scope & Third-Party Vendors
Farline Travel acts as an expert logistical coordinator, bundling flights, ground transportation, and accommodations. While we meticulously vet our partners, we act solely as an agent for third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, motorcoach operators). Farline Travel is not liable for vendor cancellations, delays, or breaches of contract, though we will provide proactive support to reroute and manage such disruptions.
3. Duty of Care & Risk Mitigation
While Farline Travel prioritizes Duty of Care and carefully plans itineraries to mitigate risk, travel inherently involves unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest, global health events). Clients assume all inherent risks associated with travel. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
4. Quotes, Payments & Cancellations
Custom quotes are valid for the timeframe specified in your proposal. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your master itinerary contract. Cancellation policies for individual bundled services (flights, hotels) are dictated by the respective third-party vendors.
